This course will outline an effective classroom management plan based on the STOIC ( S tructure, T eaching Expectations, O rganization, I nteract Positively, C orrec t Fluently) framework. By following the STOIC approach, participants will learn how to prevent and calmly address misbehavior and confidently implement research-based strategies to maximize student motivation and achievement.
