This course will outline an effective classroom management plan based on the STOIC (Structure, Teaching Expectations, Organization, Interact Positively, Correct Fluently) framework.  By following the STOIC approach, participants will learn how to prevent and calmly address misbehavior and confidently implement research-based strategies to maximize student motivation and achievement.
